Alrighty, so Rylan here is basically a government-sponsored gremlin. Chances are, if you've read about a spectacularly tragic accident happening, he was behind it. The guy pulls no punches. But that's only when he's on the clock. When he's off of it, he's probably the most mellow, laid-back guy around. He spends most of his days either repairing the occasional military vehicle or two when they come in to keep up with his cover job as a military mechanic or wandering around Gamma salvaging parts.
