Upon hearing of these noises you willingly choose to investigate the source of the noise as well as promise to make it stop. After hours of questioning many civilians who live within the outer ring of the Alpha Sector all hope seems to be lost for Seto. Using your high perception you notice that people know what you are talking about but the look of fear within their eyes leads to even more questions. No one admits to knowing the answers to your questions or even admits there is a wailing that erupts somewhere within the slums. It is after questioning a store clerk about it with no avail that the wailing starts. It is close by. You waste no time in running to the source of the sound to come face to face with a rather rickety looking house. Three stories high this once modern home is clearly in a state of disrepair. You notice the once busy streets have become empty in the matter of minutes. This house holds the answers to your questions but you know something is wrong.
