QUEST PLANNING TAG: REEF, LATUS, XIONGMAO & DRAGON | ALTERED
GOAL: ESCAPE OF MORGAN WRIGHT
All characters must start off at the base of the genetics building at night; how each character got there is up to members as well as their preparations are member driven. Their quest is to reach the 11th floor of the genetic research facility, characters may choose to go together or separately. Methods of entry include front & side door using the elevator or choose to test their skills and scale the building. The facility is closed but some lights stay on, guards may be seen through certain windows but for the most part the building is far from busy. The first floor is a glorified lobby of sorts containing three very visible guards. All other floors are too far to quite make out how many guards patrol the building. There are certain security features in place within the building including panic buttons and cameras. In order to reach the 11th floor, YELLOW ACCESS within the alpha sector must be used. If no character has said access they must break into the building. Be warned, triggering an alarm will cause the building to go into lockdown causing this mission to get much more difficult. If any member has any questions do not hesitate to ask a staff member. The technicalities as well as surprises will be revealed as this quest goes on. Members are charged with rescuing a woman named 'Morgan'. The description the father has provided them with is rather vague; very thin, long dark hair, blue eyes and stands around 5'5. Not only must characters go in and rescue her; they must bring her out of the building alive. Failure to do so will result in the quest to be a failure. Once the thread is over; the PTB will post as the father and give IC and OOC rewards as appropriately earned. Best of luck.

I know we outlined some stuff in Skype but I kinda wanted to put things in concrete. Don't feel bad replying with stuff you character has done as it might make things easier. [PLANNING THREADS ARE USED TO PLAN]
Tobias and Emilia came together, Emilia apparently is in on this heist so to speak. They know someone else is there as well and Toby is kind of relying on support to kill the other two guards. He knows about Levy in other words, I am assuming they spoke/debriefed. Tobias doesn't know about Elise because I know Xiongmao was struggling with reasons to be there so be sure to outline that magic in your thread. Feel free to play it up!

Hey since I can't be bothered for a fancy template because yeah, I'm gonna put my jumbled thoughts here before I post so I can get a feel for everything and stuff.
• Elise is here not to intentionally commit treason. She knows the father, and the father begged her to help his daughter in case she was in need of medical attention.
• She wants to help, so she took him up. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to have Elise know the girl, but she knows the father, and it's maybe an 8 year difference?
• She brought a scalpel. For emergencies, y'know. She could probably kill with it, pierce a vital artery or some sort. She'll cry afterwards though. She brought a roll of bandages too.
• SHE WILL DUCK AND COVER AND HIDE IF APPROACHED WITH VIOLENCE. If someone is injured, she is able to do emergency procedures like bandaging/making a tourniquet/etc.
Basically what I am saying is that Elise is dead weight.
EDIT: ELISE IS HIDING IN THE ELEVATOR AND IS ABOUT TO CRY AND IS LITERALLY ONLY ARMED WITH A SCALPEL AND SOME BANDAGES. If you open the elevator you'll see her. |

Emilia will wait outside the building as she was instructed unless she feels Tobias is overwhelmed. In general, she will act very defensively and carefully rather than taking charge. She has never killed anyone before, but she can and will should it be required of her. How she deals with what she's done afterwards will be interesting though. Blind rage and the desire for revenge only last so long. At heart, she is still a 17 year old girl. |

Levy is using the mission given to her for her own means, she really does not care about what happens to Morgan but does want to use this opportunity to find out more what what the Genetics research is really up to. She will help, but does see the others as more of a useful distraction, and will split up if she feels that they are no longer of any use. She may or may not help with certain things if asked, it matters on if helping the others will help with her own personal goal. |
