REQUIRED READ | QUESTS
All available quests are posted below under appropriate sectors, completed quest write ups are moved to the appropriate planning thread. Characters may only partake in a quest if they have at least ONE COMPLETE SECONDARY THREAD. Characters may still partake in quest side effects even if they do not reach this limit. Characters are encouraged to take up quests within their primary location as the plot is more applicable but they are available to take a mission within a primary or secondary location. Just a note characters are limited to one primary thread at a time.
Reply to this thread with the quest name, a characters first and last name along with their BR and the total number of characters signed up.
Every quest requires a certain prerequisite to be met. Usually it is the required battle rank that must be met but sometimes there are other thresholds like post counts of secondary threads completed. This being said there is also a recommended character limit, in order for a quest to start the number of characters signed up must be within one above or below a given number.
Be sure to post a Quest planning thread once all members are signed up. Staff may assist clarify some aspects of a mission as well as help point members in the right direction. Once your quest planning is done feel free to start a thread and inbox PTB to let them know the quest is underway. All failed and successful quests will remain available for members to read. |

ALTERED THREE CHARACTERS - COMBINED BR 5

"My daughter has been taken from our home and I have received word that she is still alive. She is being held in the genetics building; possibly for testing. Please, someone rescue her and bring her safely back to me. I will reward anyone who brings my loved daughter back to me richly."
This is a simple rescue mission. The poster recommends three characters go into the building to break her out as well as an abundant supply of bounty upon successful completion. A collective BR of 5 must be met before beginning the quest. Normal rewards will also be given including a variable amount of points as well as +10 SOCIAL or -10 SOCIAL within the Alpha sector per character. Valuable information may be discovered throughout this mission which may lead to access to a side plot or event within the Alpha sector. DEAD END ONE CHARACTER - BR 2
"The weapons board is looking for a combat trained individual to track a potentially dangerous thief who has stolen a weapons prototype. Although relatively harmless he was seen fleeing towards VOID I, individuals are asked to come forward if they would like to assist the research board."
This is a retrieval mission, we suggest a single character pursue it but another character is welcome. The poster has not offered any unique rewards but +5 SOCIAL will be gained within the Alpha sector upon successful completion as well as a variable amount of points. MONSTERS & MEN ONE CHARACTER - NO BR
"Within the housing district there have been weird looming noises followed by screams; please investigate as I don't want my family in danger. I want nothing to do with this so please get the source of the noises to stop."
This investigation mission is best taken by one character but another is welcome to satisfy the poster. No unique rewards have been offered but +5 SOCIAL will be gained within the Alpha sector upon successful completion in addition to a variable amount of points. Valuable information may be discovered throughout this mission which may lead to access to a side plot or event.

POWER & CONTROL ONE CHARACTER - BR 3

"Riots within the lumber mills on the outskirts of town need to be stopped, assassination of one of the upper powers will hinder this false notion of hope. Be sure to put out the spark completely."
This assassination mission is to be completed by one character with a battle rank of 3 or higher. No additional rewards have been offered but a variable amount of points and +5 & -5 SOCIAL will be added to Beta sector upon successful completion. BURN TWO CHARACTERS - COMBINED BR 3
"He has been starting fires within out fields and ruining trade goods and crops. Any person brave enough to stand up to him will be doing the sector a favour, we don't need any more security within the sector let alone word of his 'kind' publicly exposing themselves. Make him stop, how is up to you just make the fires stop. "
This is a wanted mission, it is recommended that two characters undertake this quest. A collective BR of 3 must be reached before beginning the thread. +5 or -5 SOCIAL will be rewarded to each character upon successful completion of the quest along with a variable amount of points. Valuable information may be discovered within this thread which may give clues to an upcoming side plot within the biome. UNWRITTEN ONE CHARACTER - BR 2
"I have heard ancient texts have been found within the library if people have the right information. No one has clearance but I need that information. Get it and I will share what I learn."
This theft mission is recommended to be taken by one character with a BR of at least 1. Upon successful completion of this mission characters will gain a variable amount of points and +5, -5 SOCIAL. In addition to these rewards characters will also be given information to a side plot within the biome which may result in additional quests and possibly an event thread linked to this side plot.

RECOMMENDED READ | GAMMA SECTOR QUESTS
PREDATOR THREE CHARACTERS - NO BR
"VOID I. Go in and kill it, too many lives have been stolen by one waster."
This simple assassination mission requires characters to track down a rather powerful waster that was been attacking the town for some time now. Characters will be rewarded handsomely upon successful completion as well as +10 & -5 SOCIAL with a variable amount of points. COLD BLOOD ONE CHARACTER - BR 3
"A potential has been identified but hides amongst the abundant slums within the sector. Track her down and provide proof you have slain the monstrosity. The biome will be in your debt for your actions towards humanity."
This assassination mission, although simple requires a character to also provide proof of the victims death. Characters will earn up to +15 or -15 SOCIAL within the Gamma sector as well as +5 or -5 SOCIAL in all other sectors. Point abundance is variable but depends on in character interactions; an additional side plot may be revealed in the process. Please note a character has already tried to take up this mission. Potential questers may want to look at the planning and the actual quest thread before claiming their spot. AMBUSHED TWO CHARACTERS - COMBINED BR 3
"The train has been attacked by a group of bandits; please help us!"
This rescue mission is recommended to be taken by two characters, the quest can not begin until a battle rank of 3 has been obtained. Rewards for this mission are highly variable depending on in character actions including SOCIAL, points and possibly even an important object of some kind. It is unknown if rescuers were on the train when it was attacked or they rushed once they caught news of the void bandits.

RECOMMENDED READ | DELTA SECTOR QUESTS
PATROL 2 CHARACTERS - COMBINED BR 4
"The Delta sector requests brave individuals to patrol the outside of the sector just outside of the Void. Recent reports of a group of bandits need to be confirmed; rewards will be given for information as well as results."
This scouting mission recommends 2 characters to patrol the edges of the sector and terminate a group of bandits. Upon successful completion the promise of in character rewards will be upheld as well as +10, -10 SOCIAL. In addition a variable amount of points may be earned. This quest also offers the opportunity to gain in character information regarding the delta sector side plot. HERO 1 CHARACTER - NO BR
"There has been a security breach within the weapons floor. Anyone within the area, terminate or contain the threat; not doing so is considered treason against the biome."
This mission recommends one character pursue this quest. No battle rank is required but be prepared to expect some kind of confrontation. In character rewards include +5 or -15 SOCIAL within the sector as well as holds the opportunity for very valuable in character information. There is also a possibility to contain a special item but please be warned this quest may not be in every character best interest to partake in. There is also an array of points that will be given out upon completion. SHE 2 CHARACTERS - COMBINED BR 7
"I have answers."
It is recommended 2 characters pursue this quest with a rather high battle rank. Although rather challenging, the in character rewards for this quest are worth it. Possibilities of valuable information regarding side plots, the revealing of new quests as well as a reveal of new information.There is a vast amount of points to be awarded but the risks associated with this quest are very high so be warned. |
